Geoffrey Orthwein

Geoffrey Orthwein’s first feature, Bokeh, made with his writing and directing partner Andrew Sullivan, premiered at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival.
Bokeh was acquired by Screen Media Films and was released theatrically in 2017.

He has produced and directed shows featuring President Barack Obama, Sheryl Crow, Macklemore, Virgin America, Google, Salesforce, YouTube, and Walt Disney Pictures.

Starting in documentaries, he worked on Ocean Voyagers, narrated by Meryl Streep and Ocean Odyssey, a permanent installation at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington DC.

 
 

Andrew Sullivan

Andrew’s first feature, Bokeh, an Iceland-set cerebral sci-fi film starring Maika Monroe (It Follows, The Guest) and Matt O’Leary (The Lone Ranger, Brick) which he co-wrote and co-directed was selected for IFP's Independent Filmmaker Labs.
It premiered at the 2017 Santa Barbara International Film Festival.
The film was acquired by Screen Media Films. Netflix bought the exclusive, worldwide rights, and the film was released theatrically March 2017.

The Village Voice called Bokeh, “Witty and Beautiful.” and Rogerebert.com said, “Bokeh is intimate, expansive storytelling.”

Andrew’s second feature, I Don’t Want To Drink Your Blood Anymore goes into production, March 2022.
